The poolside bar was great, the room was very clean and spacious with a lovely view, and they provided bottled water; check-in was fast and check-out was simple.

I appreciated the room with fully equipped amenities, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Top-notch services were available.

The place was immaculately clean with a very efficient and well managed staff that will charm you with their wonderful customer service. The location was nice, in the restaurant that served local fare and the interior design was excellent.

Every time I'm in Hambantota, I always pick this place. the breakfast is exceptional and offers a great selection of delicious meals. the rooms are spacious, luxurious, and come with a balcony and garden view.

the hotel was exceptional, exceeding expectations. the staff were amazing, from check-in to the spa. there were plenty of activities for all ages, and the kids club was paradise for our toddler. the food was outstanding and the selection generous. would love to go back!

Inadequate umbrellas on the beach.

I had an excellent experience at this hotel! The cleanliness was top-notch, with spotless rooms and common areas. The hotel facilities were outstanding, with a beautiful swimming pool and a wide range of drinks to choose from. The location, near the beach and a lake for fishing, was perfect for relaxation. The staff went above and beyond, providing efficient and friendly service throughout my stay.

Nothing not too like.

The suite was beautifully designed and offered great comfort. The pools and beach were nice, and the kids club made our children very happy. The location was superb and there were many activities for all.

Great Hospitality and Location

Although there were a few drawbacks, such as the limited variation in the menu and the inaccessibility of the practice range, overall, our experience at Shangri-La was fantastic.

I had an amazing time at this hotel! The trapeze activities were so much fun, and the kids' club was fantastic. The staff were incredibly friendly and made our holiday extra special. The hotel facilities, including the slides and the kids' pool, were top-notch. The breakfast spread was delicious, and I particularly loved the beautiful sunsets on the beach. The location of the hotel was also great, with easy access to transportation and other attractions in this city.

The beach views were stunning, although swimming wasn't recommended due to strong waves. The hotel had three clean swimming pools and spacious rooms with beautiful garden areas. The staff, especially Janaka, Kasun, Vishvi, Uditha. The kids club, known as The Cool Zone Kids Club, provided great activities for children. I had a fun bike ride to the mouth of a nearby river. The breakfast was delicious, and the hotel facilities were top-notch.

Best Christmas Stay!

There were not many options, and some dishes were overcooked. Additionally, the live music at the hotel bar was too loud and interfered with our ability to have a quiet evening at the hotel.
